Check the list of compatible devices on the Always Online website. Most smartphones released after 2018 (such as iPhone XS/XR or newer and selected Android models) support eSIM.
4. Can I use the eSIM as my primary line (Primary SIM)?
Yes! The eSIM can be set up as your primary line for data, calls, and SMS, depending on the plan purchased.
5. How do I make calls or send SMS with the eSIM?
If your plan includes voice and SMS, simply set the eSIM as the default for these functions in your device settings.
6. Does the eSIM work simultaneously with my physical SIM?
Yes! If your device supports dual SIM, you can use the eSIM alongside a physical SIM, choosing which line to use for data, calls, or SMS.
7. What’s included in the Unlimited Day Pass plans?
The Unlimited Day Pass plans offer unlimited data for 24 hours, with guaranteed speed. After the fair usage limit, speed may be reduced.
8. When does the validity of my plan start?
The validity starts at the moment the eSIM is activated, not at the time of purchase. You choose when to activate it based on your needs.
9. Can I pause or transfer my plan to another device?
No. Once activated, the plan is linked to the eSIM installed on the device and cannot be transferred or paused.
10. What should I do if my eSIM doesn't work after purchase?
